* Proven end to end autonomous ownership of complex engineering deliverables involving multiple teams and stakeholders

 * Hands-on experience across the full stack and a willingness to pick up anything required to move a project forward

 * Demonstrated experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

 * Experience in architecting scalable and resilient applications

 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex technical challenges independently

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 * Experience working within Financial Services or regulated technology environments

 * An understanding of Financial Research

 * Experience of engineering delivery using an agentic SDLC

 * Ability to manage the risk and controls agenda across a technology portfolio

## Description

* Lead and own end to end deliverables across the Research Platform

 * Architect and design solutions in a platform-first approach balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders

 * Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

 * Champion engineering best practices and help us evolve our fast-moving agentic SDLC

 * Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation

 * Operate with a product-first mindset using your experience and influence to execute effectively and efficiently

 * Contribute to the evolution of the team's technology strategy, evaluating emerging tools and frameworks to bring value to the technology stack
