## About the Role

* Candidates should possess strong Business Process knowledge, including process mapping and optimization in operational environments.
 * Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and propose practical, data-driven solutions.
 * Candidates should possess experience in Management Consulting and Consulting, including client-facing work, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
 * Candidates should possess hands-on expertise with SAP Business One, including configuration, customization, integration, and support.
 * Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Experience in waste, recycling, environmental services, or related industries is highly beneficial.
 * Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
 * Professional certifications in SAP Business One or ERP implementation methodologies are an advantage.
