Acting as 'player-manager' within our small, supportive onsite team, you'll be expected to collaborate with a broad cross-section of stakeholders locally and other peers in our US operation to support the Discovery IT strategy and ensure the day-to-day delivery of all on-site activities. Quality and compliance are at the heart of our business and, as the key interface with the Quality team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that IT processes and systems adhere to the relevant Quality (GxP/GCP) standards., IT Service Management * Ensure team adherence to Service Level Agreements by monitoring metrics against agreed KPIs * Ensure all IT services remain operational and available for all aspects of the site. * Oversee assignments and tasks of team members Project Management * Create, monitor, and deliver IT projects based on business and site needs. * Consult with business stakeholders to ensure project success. * Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and complete. * Proactively review the equipment and services supporting the clinical and pre-clinical business to reduce risk rather than address issues.
