* Proven experience managing hosting and/or network teams in a regulated environment (ideally the financial services)
 * Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, data centres and network operations
 * A track record of improving operational maturity, governance and controls
 * Good understanding of infrastructure risk, audit and regulatory requirements
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders

## Description

* Leading, developing and managing a hosting & network engineering team
 * Owning the governance and operational performance of enterprise hosting and data centre environments
 * Driving infrastructure resilience, disaster recovery, backup and business continuity
 * Managing strategic technology suppliers and third-party partners
 * Overseeing virtualisation, compute, storage and enterprise network infrastructure
 * Ensuring infrastructure security and controls meet regulatory and internal requirements
 * Improving operational maturity through automation and IaC
 * Acting as a senior escalation point for infrastructure risk, resilience and operational issues
