## About the Role

We're looking for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, mentoring colleagues, driving operational excellence, and supporting business-wide technology transformation., * Proven experience in a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar technical leadership role

 * Strong experience across Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure
 * Solid understanding of enterprise networking including firewalls, routing, switching, DNS, and SD-WAN technologies
 * Experience supporting and maintaining cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments
 * Strong knowledge of IT security principles, vulnerability management, patching, and incident response
 * Experience with endpoint management technologies such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
 * Ability to provide 3rd line technical support and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues
 * Experience contributing to business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience strategies
 * Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
 * Ability to mentor and support junior engineers while driving technical best practice across teams
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server environments
 * Exposure to MDR and security platforms such as CrowdStrike or Arctic Wolf
 * Experience within retail, manufacturing, warehouse distribution, or digital marketing environments
 * Experience delivering infrastructure transformation or cloud migration projects
 * Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms
 * Experience with capacity planning, lifecycle management, and infrastructure roadmaps
 * Relevant certifications across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Networking, or Cyber Security disciplines
