Alongside the team, you will help develop and deliver exciting and impactful insights projects as well as support day-to-day operations via servicing of ad-hoc requests from across the organisation., The Senior Data Analyst works closely with their squad to deliver impactful insights dashboards and data products to stakeholders from across the organization. They work with a degree of expertise that allows them to independently lead a project as well as oversee the work of other data analysts. The Senior Data Analyst brings new innovative ideas for improvement to the table and can structure a plan for how these are developed and integrated. In addition to producing work, they are expected to clearly communicate technical ideas and concepts to a variety of audiences and stakeholders, technical and non-technical alike. Senior Data Analysts help set a precedent for what good looks like in the team and actively engage other team members to lift the group as a whole., * Create impactful data products, data visuals and insights using Power BI. * Work closely with your squad lead and other stakeholders to define, prioritise and manage delivery requirements. * Develop cloud-based scripts and pipelines using SQL, PySpark & Synapse Notebooks. * Ensure the quality and accuracy of data feeding into metrics, KPIs and dashboards. * Review work carried out by other data analysts. * Take initiative and help upskill/guide fellow team members in areas where you excel. * Help plan and manage backlog and delivery plans for projects you are involved in.
