## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Professional with 4-6 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving a wide range of technical issues, and collaborating with a dynamic, team-oriented group.

This position is based in our office and involves frequent communication with clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will serve as a trusted point of contact for technical support., * Strong team orientation with the ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative environment

 * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and active listening
 * Technical awareness with the ability to assess issues, align appropriate resources, and advise clients on effective business solutions
 * Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of technical issues
 * Industry certifications such as Microsoft MCP or CompTIA A+ preferred
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server platforms, including Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
 * Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft 365 administration
 * Familiarity with Mac OS environments
 * Experience supporting industry-specific applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or other AEC tools)

## Description

* Provide technical support for Microsoft core business applications, cloud services, and virtual environments
 * Perform remote troubleshooting of workstations, servers, and network infrastructure
 * Manage and support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity solutions
 * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking equipment, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security systems
 * Implement and support remote access solutions such as VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
 * Maintain accurate documentation of hardware, software, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
 * Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on incident status, upcoming changes, and scheduled outages
