* 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in a complex business environment.
 * Proven experience leading software, application, integration, or business systems projects.
 * Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
 * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
 * Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
 * Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams., * Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS), fleet management platforms, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications.
 * Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party implementations.
 * PMP, Agile, or related project management certification.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a variety of technology initiatives supporting both internal business operations and customer-facing projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving successful project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives., * Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.

 * Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
 * Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
 * Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives involving transportation and operational systems.
 * Manage customer-facing technology projects including system integrations, onboarding efforts, and implementation activities.
 * Partner with vendors and third-party providers to ensure successful project execution.
 * Drive change management, user adoption, training, and process improvement efforts.
 * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
