This role sits at the core of ETS's technical delivery, taking complex infrastructure challenges from concept through completion and ensuring that client environments are secure, stable, and built to scale. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives on solving hard problems independently. The Senior IT Consultant is expected to own projects from scoping through deployment, make sound architectural decisions without needing constant direction, and bring a proactive mindset to security, performance, and reliability. While the primary focus is technical delivery, this role also requires strong client communication skills. You will work directly with clients to understand their environments, explain your recommendations clearly, and build the kind of trust that makes ETS a long-term partner rather than a vendor.
