Experience - Required * 5 years experience in data engineering, warehousing, or infrastructure including hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, Azure AD, resource management). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Required * Ability to understand complex business processes, rules, and business acumen to become a subject matter expert. * Strong experience with cloud-native data platforms. * Advanced SQL and database optimization skills. Proficiency in ETL packages, strategic design of extractions, and data integration process. * Advanced knowledge of business intelligence applications and modeling concepts. * Knowledge of real-time data streaming. * Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams. * Strong scripting ability, troubleshooting and automation skills. * Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and healthcare stakeholders. ## Description This position leads the design and governance of enterprise data warehousing systems and infrastructure. They establish standards for integration, security, and lifecycle management to ensure compliance and efficiency. This role oversees complex projects, mentors junior team members, and drives adoption of advanced tools and practices. Partnering with business leaders, they align infrastructure strategies with organizational goals and innovation needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Articulates the job's main responsibilities.
