## About the Role

Do you have experience in Research?, * Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience

 * Experience working for an MSP, IT company, telecom provider, or cybersecurity company is highly preferred
 * Strong English communication skills
 * Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives
 * Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
 * Self-motivated and organized, * Any experience working with IT or technology companies

## Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant / Lead Generation Specialist to help generate new business opportunities for our IT services company.

Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to businesses through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to:

 * identify decision makers
 * qualify opportunities
 * schedule meetings for our sales team
 * help grow our pipeline

This is NOT a customer support role.
This is a sales and business development position.

Responsibilities

 * Cold calling businesses to introduce our services
 * Finding and researching leads
 * Sending follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages
 * Scheduling appointments with business owners and decision makers
 * Updating CRM and lead tracking systems
 * Following outreach scripts and sales processes
 * Assisting with marketing and lead generation campaigns
 * Maintaining professional communication with prospects, * IT services
 * cybersecurity
 * VoIP
 * managed services
 * SaaS
 * B2B services
 * Familiarity with:
 * Microsoft 365
 * cybersecurity concepts
 * business technology environments
