Experience Requirements * 1 to 2 years of IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience. * Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and office technology. * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, and infrastructure issues. * Familiarity with IT asset management and ticketing systems preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Strong technical knowledge of Windows environments, hardware, and network engineering. * Experience with remote support tools and on-site technical support. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. * Team-oriented with initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. * Knowledge of ISO, IATF, security, risk analysis, and quality management standards is a plus.
