## About the Role

* Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
 * Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph.
 * Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
 * Strong Linus experience., May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday., Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.

## Description

MissionEdge Technologies is seeking a Linux-based System Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, networks, and cloud environments. The role focuses heavily on Linux administration, DevOps, automation, system troubleshooting, and CI/CD operations., * Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.

 * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability and performance.
 * Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and resolve environment-related issues.
 * Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
 * Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus tools, and access controls.
 * Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
 * Stay current with DevOps trends.
