## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Systems & Workflow Optimization Specialist to enhance our quality compliance systems through improved digital workflows, automation, and custom tool development. The ideal candidate is a SharePoint expert with strong modern coding capabilities, data analytics experience, and a proven ability to streamline processes in regulated environments., Design, develop, and maintain advanced SharePoint solutions, including custom sites, workflows, forms, and SPFx components
Map and redesign digital workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen quality compliance
Build automation scripts and custom tools using Python, Power Automate, and other modern platforms
Develop dashboards and reporting systems in Power BI and Tableau
Create user-friendly internal applications using Power Apps and UX/UI best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into digital solutions
Lead change management efforts, user onboarding, documentation creation, and training
Support data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and root cause analysis
Ensure tools and workflows meet standards for regulated industries such as aerospace or manufacturing
