## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
 * Experience working with SAP ERP systems.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
 * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with S/4HANA.
 * Experience supporting supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or finance functions.

## Description

The Desk Clerk is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and customer support services to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manages documentation and data entry activities, supports order and inventory processes, and maintains accurate records within enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism., * Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees.

 * Perform data entry, record maintenance, and document management activities.
 * Process and track transactions, purchase orders, invoices, and other business-related documentation.
 * Maintain accurate information within SAP and other business systems.
 * Generate reports and provide administrative support to management and operational teams.
 * Coordinate communications between departments to support business objectives.
 * Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize business records.
 * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data management standards.
 * Assist with inventory control, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation as needed.
 * Identify and resolve routine administrative issues while escalating complex matters appropriately.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
