You can turn complexity into a concise plan and explain it without reading from a document. * Strong operational judgment. You distinguish confirmed facts from assumptions, identify missing information, and ask clear questions early. * High attention to detail and a strong instinct for quality. * Comfortable owning multiple implementations without losing deadlines, next actions, or client commitments. * Highly capable with Google Workspace and modern project-management systems. Experience with CRMs, dashboards, automations, AI tools, or QuickBooks is valuable. * Self-directed and resourceful. You can move forward without step-by-step instructions while knowing when a decision requires clarification. * Comfortable working directly with a fast-moving founder, receiving candid feedback, and improving quickly. * Available and consistently reachable during the scheduled working day. * Authorized to work in the United States. Experience in home services, pest control, consulting, coaching, SaaS implementation, or a high-accountability small business is helpful but not required. ## Description Are you the person who quietly fixes everything? The plan is unclear, so you clarify it. The process is broken, so you rebuild it. Other people talk about what should happen; you make sure it actually happens. But your current role may still have you updating project statuses, sitting in meetings, chasing approvals, and watching good recommendations die in a slide deck. At PestLaunch, your job is to turn strategy into working systems that produce measurable results for real businesses. We help pest control company owners grow profitably, strengthen their operations, and build companies that no longer depend on them for every decision. We identify the highest-priority constraint in the business and prescribe a focused implementation "Play." You take that approved direction and drive it from idea to verified completion. That could mean building an office accountability system, launching a customer reactivation campaign, implementing a sales process, creating operational scorecards, organizing a CRM workflow, or turning an inconsistent process into something the client's team can follow every day. The strategy sets the destination. You build the road and make sure the client reaches it. This is not a traditional project-management role. You will not simply coordinate meetings, update timelines, or pass work between departments. You will plan the implementation, build much of the work yourself, coordinate specialized support when needed, QA every detail, launch the system, and verify that it is being used successfully. You'll work closely with the founder and have significant visibility into our clients, systems, and company. The opportunity is substantial: build an exceptional implementation function, improve the way every client result is delivered, and increase the number of businesses PestLaunch can transform. Responsibilities * Own client implementations: Turn each approved Play into a complete implementation plan with clear deliverables, milestones, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and proof of completion. * Build the work: Create and customize SOPs, scripts, trackers, dashboards, workflows, templates, automations, and other implementation assets. * Drive execution: Keep every active Play moving, resolve dependencies, follow up early, and escalate risks before deadlines slip. * Protect the scope: Execute the approved outcome without allowing unrelated ideas or opportunities to derail the current Play. * QA everything: Verify client information, systems, numbers, links, workflows, formatting, and cross-references before anything is delivered. * Launch and verify: Ensure the finished system is handed off correctly, adopted by the client's team, and working as intended. * Maintain visibility: Keep accurate statuses, next actions, owners, deadlines, and progress updates across all active work. * Improve the machine: Turn what works into better Plays, templates, SOPs, checklists, and automations so every implementation becomes faster and stronger., * You prefer coordinating work over personally building it. * You need every step mapped out before you can begin. * You frequently miss small details or rely on someone else to QA your work. * You confuse activity with completion. * You tend to expand projects beyond the approved outcome. * You communicate through long explanations when a clear answer would work. * You want a large company with narrow responsibilities and multiple layers of management. Results You will be successful when: * Every new Play has a complete implementation plan within 24 hours. * Every active Play has an accurate next action, owner, and deadline. * Implementation milestones are completed on time. * Deliverables pass QA without preventable mistakes or client corrections. * Work is only marked complete after it has been launched and verified. * Clients receive systems they can immediately understand and use. * The founder does not need to chase updates, reconstruct plans, or catch avoidable errors. * Our Play Library and implementation process improve every month. * PestLaunch can serve more clients and produce stronger results because of what you build., * Tell us about one operational system you personally built and implemented.
