## Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused PC Technician to support device refresh and hardware deployment initiatives across multiple locations. In this role, you will assist with the installation, replacement, configuration, and support of end-user technology equipment to ensure employees have access to secure and reliable tools needed for day-to-day operations., * Deploy, configure, and install end-user hardware and peripheral devices.

 * Ensure equipment is properly connected and operational within the organization's environment.
 * Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and escalate when necessary.
 * Support device refresh and migration activities according to project schedules.
 * Follow established service management and ticketing procedures.
 * Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end users.
 * Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently.
 * Travel between assigned locations to complete deployment and support activities.
