Hochschulabsolventen B - UNI, * Du arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern (Product Owner, IT-Dienstleistern, Fachbereichen) zusammen und setzt dein analytisches Denkvermögen immer mit dem Ziel ein, nachhaltige und leistungsfähige Lösungen zu gestalten

 * Du verstehst und analysierst Geschäftsanforderungen
 * Du wählst passende Technologien, Frameworks und Tools aus
 * Du stellst sicher, dass die Lösung sicher, performant und wartbar ist
 * Du entwickelst eigene Lösungen (Low Code)
Das bringst du mit

 * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Power Plattform, z.B. Power Apps
 * Kenntnisse in der Robotic Process Automation (RPA), idealerweise mit Tools wie UiPath, Power Automate Desktop
 * Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse und ggf. SQL oder Power BI wären von Vorteil
 * Optional: Kenntnisse in Change Management oder agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban)
 * Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit und hast Freude daran, Menschen komplexe Sachverhalte näher zu bringen und sie für neue Anwendungen zu begeistern
