* Ansprechpartner für den operativen 2nd-Level Support
 * Betrieb von Client- und Serversystemen sowie Anwendungen bei Kunden vor Ort und im Rechenzentrum
 * selbständige Wartung der IT-Systeme
 * Planung und Ausführung von Neuinstallationen
 * Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten
