 * Planung, Implementierung und Überwachung weiterer IT-Serviceprozesse
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Servicequalität durch KPIs, Feedback, Lessons Learned und kurze Durchlaufzeiten
 * Weiterentwicklung des IT Service Managements einschließlich Standards, Dokumentation, Service-Informationen und Reporting
