 * Routinierter Umgang mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban sowie mit Projektmanagementtools, z. B. Jira, Confluence oder Azure DevOps
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Applikationen im Bereich Personalentwicklung und Ausbildung
 * Erfassung, Analyse und Umsetzung von Anforderungen der Fachbereiche
 * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, externen Dienstleistern und Stakeholdern
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsanforderungen gemäß ISO 9000/27001
 * Teilnahme an Meetings und die Vertretung von Interessen der IT im Rahmen der Meetings
 * Begleitung der Einführung neuer SaaS-Applikationen sowie die Durchführung der Service Transition
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen sowie von Servicedokumenten
 * Durchführung regelmäßiger Abstimmungen mit Gremien wie Datenschutz, Betriebsrat oder Security
