## Description

* Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein Team in der IT-Organisation unserer Sparkasse und gestaltest dessen Aufbau und Entwicklung aktiv mit.
 * Du führst Mitarbeitergespräche zur Steigerung der Motivation, Kommunikation und Leistung.
 * entwickelst Vorschläge zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Strategie der Sparkasse Nienburg und setzt diese um.
 * Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der operativen Informationssicherheit und der IT-Prozesse.
 * Du bist zuständig für die Implementierung und Optimierung von SIEM-Systemen, um Sicherheitsvorfälle frühzeitig zu erkennen und zu reagieren.
 * Du entwickelst und erstellst ein laufendes IT-Reporting zur Messung von strategischen IT-Kennzahlen.
 * Du verantwortest den Informationsverbund und agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen der IT-Organisation und den Fachbereichen.
 * Du leitest Prozessteams und übernimmst die Einführung, Kommunikation und Umsetzung von unternehmensweiten Standards und Geschäftsprozessen.
