 * Erfahrung in der Anbindung von ITSM-/ESM-Tools wie Jira, Matrix42 oder vergleichbaren externen Systemen
 * Verständnis für Datenmodelle, Datenmapping, Fehlerbehandlung, Logging und Monitoring von Integrationen
 * Kenntnisse von ITIL-Prozessen und ServiceNow-Modulen, insbesondere Incident, Request, Change und CMDB, sind wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung mit Versionsverwaltung, Tests und technischer Dokumentation
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
