## Description

Annahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Anwenderanfragen über verschiedene Kanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Webtickets, Chat, Fax, Voicebox)

Schnelle und strukturierte Lösung von Supportanfragen im direkten Anwenderkontakt

Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Tickets im First-Line-Support unter Einhaltung definierter Prozesse, SOPs und Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Nutzung von Lösungsdatenbanken, Ticketsystemen und weiteren Hilfsmitteln zur standardisierten Bearbeitung

Unterstützung der IT-Anwender bei Hardware- und Softwarethemen

Monitoring, Nachverfolgung und Priorisierung eingehender Tickets sowie Abarbeitung des Arbeitsvorrats nach SOPs

Durchführung von Passwortresets und Useradministration nach Anleitung in Systemen wie Exchange, Active Directory, SAP oder Softwareverteilung (Bearbeitungszeit i. d. R. bis ca. 15 Minuten)
