## Description

* fachliche Systembetreuung von SAP HCM mit dem Schwerpunkt Payroll (PY) und der Schnittstelle zu angrenzenden Systemen und Modulen
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung im SAP HCM in enger Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern
 * Mitwirkung bei Tests, Releases, Systemanpassungen und -optimierungen
 * Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen im SAP HCM
 * Erstellen von Auswertungen im Bereich SAP HCM PY und übergreifend zu anderen Modulen
 * Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten und Übernahme von Sonderthemen im Bereich der HR-Prozesse
