Da du im Rahmen der Ausbildung mit verschiedenen IT-Systemen arbeitest, ist eine besondere Neigung zu Fächern wie Mathematik und Informatik vorteilhaft. Fachliteratur oder Lösungen für spezifische Probleme sind oft nur auf Englisch verfügbar. Daher sind auch gute Englischkenntnisse hilfreich.
Der Erftverband engagiert sich für die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter im Beruf. Es werden daher besonders Frauen aufgefordert sich zu bewerben. Es existiert ein Gleichstellungsplan. Menschen mit Behinderung werden im Rahmen des Sozialgesetzbuches IX gesondert berücksichtigt.

Als Fachinformatiker*in - Fachrichtung Systemintegration arbeitest du tagtäglich mit Rechnern und musst diese nicht nur nutzen, sondern auch verstehen. Daher solltest du sicher im Umgang mit technischen Geräten und Betriebssystemen sein.
Darüber hinaus wünschen wir uns von dir Durchhaltevermögen, das dir bei der Fehlersuche behilflich sein wird. Da du als Fachinformatiker immer wieder neue Herausforderungen meistern und Probleme lösen musst, sind Flexibilität und Sorgfalt ebenfalls wertvolle Eigenschaften, die du mitbringen solltest.
