* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit n8n oder vergleichbaren Low-Code-/ RPA-Plattformen für Automatisierung mit KI (Make, Zapier, MS Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism).
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung mit Python und JavaScript.
 * Kenntnisse in KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung (z. B. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit LLMs und Generative KI-Schnittstellen (z. B. OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, Claude API) sowie mit RAG-Architekturen und MCP.
 * Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien, idealerweise Microsoft Azure.
 * Gutes Verständnis von APIs, REST-Schnittstellen und Systemintegrationen.
 * Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Problemlösungskompetenz.
 * Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
