* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Für ein wachsendes Unternehmen in Freiburg suchen wir Verstärkung für den internen IT-Support mit Schwerpunkt auf Linux Arbeitsplätzen. Die Position verbindet 1st und 2nd Level Support mit klassischen Aufgaben rund um Benutzer, Berechtigungen, Endgeräte und Dokumentation., * Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support für interne Mitarbeitende

 * Aufnahme, Klassifizierung und Priorisierung von Tickets sowie nachvollziehbare Dokumentation der Supportfälle
 * Unterstützung bei Onboardings, Arbeitsplatzwechseln sowie der Verwaltung von Berechtigungen und Lizenzen
 * Eigenständige Lösung alltäglicher technischer Probleme und strukturierte Übergabe komplexerer Fälle an den 3rd Level Support
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Anleitungen und Dokumentationen für Hard- und Software
