 * Erfahrung in der Definition und Durchsetzung von Entwicklungsstandards (Specification-Driven Development, TDD, Security-by-Design, Code-Reviews)
 * Praxis im Aufbau und Betrieb von Cloud-Infrastrukturen mit Terraform auf GCP oder Azure
 * Sicherer Umgang mit CI/CD-Pipelines, Container-Technologien und modernen DevOps-Praktiken
 * Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Fähigkeit, Leitplanken für KI-gestützte Entwicklung zu setzen, ohne Innovationsgeschwindigkeit zu bremsen
 * Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft, neue Werkzeuge und Methoden kontinuierlich zu evaluieren und zu integrieren
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
