* IT-Support (First Level): Unterstützung unsererMitarbeiter:innen bei Hard- und Softwarefragen (Remote und Vor-Ort), Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze sowie Troubleshooting auf Windows- und macOS-Systemen
 * Hardware Lifecycle Management: Vorbereitung, Konfiguration und Versand von IT-Hardware, Rücknahme und Aufbereitung von Geräten sowie Unterstützung beim nachhaltigen Recyclingprozess
 * IT-Bestellungen & Incident Support: Mitarbeit bei der Beschaffung von Hardware sowie Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Lösung von IT-Problemen (Software, Netzwerk, Endgeräte)
