Compensaciones / Beneficios * Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions * Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting * Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance * Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information * Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems * Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities * Support reporting and communication of technical findings * Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation * Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance * Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays Responsabilidades * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the wind energy sector * Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar
electromechanical systems in operational environments * Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations * Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication, calm structured approach under pressure, and a collaborative, proactive mindset * Availability to travel up to 20% of the time * Fluent English (spoken and written), willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility Requisitos principales *
