 * You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex technical information and risk data to provide actionable recommendations.
 * You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical risk concepts to diverse audiences.
 * You have experience in contributing to the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and methodologies, and a good understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.

## Description

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Technology Risk Senior Manager to join our growing Technology Risk Oversight team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of our technology estate, protecting our customers' data and maintaining the trust they place in us. You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we manage technology risks., * Risk Assessment and Analysis:

 + Proactively identify and assess technology risks across Monzo's cloud-native infrastructure and applications.
 + Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements.
 + Analyse and interpret risk data to provide actionable insights.
 * Risk Management:
 + Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and methodologies tailored to a modern, cloud-first environment.
 + Monitor and report on the status of risk mitigation activities.
 + Assist in the development of risk appetite statements and tolerance levels.
 * Reporting and Communication:
 + Communicate complex technical risk information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 + Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for management.
 + Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organisation.
 * Continuous Improvement:
 + Stay up-to-date with the latest technology risks, security trends, and regulatory changes.
 + Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
 + Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
