## About the Role

My client is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join their fully remote UK team, building and scaling a high-traffic platform.

 * You must have full rights to work in the UK
 * No sponsorship is offered

They primarily use Symfony and are open to Laravel developers willing to work with Symfony.

This is a senior role with real ownership and influence., * 3-5 years' professional PHP experience

 * Strong modern PHP (7-8) and OOP knowledge
 * Symfony (preferred) or strong Laravel experience
 * 2+ years' experience with TypeScript & React (or similar)
 * Experience building high-traffic web applications
 * Strong understanding of clean, testable code and engineering principles
 * Experience with MySQL and HTTP APIs
 * Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

## Description

* Lead development of new features end-to-end
 * Contribute to and influence technical design decisions
 * Set and uphold backend development standards
 * Take ownership of architectural improvements
 * Work closely with Product to refine requirements and provide estimates
 * Operate with autonomy in a small, high-performing team
