## About the Role

* Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems
 * Proficiency with Spring Framework, RESTful web services, and related backend technologies
 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience with distributed caching technologies is beneficial
 * Exposure to front-office trading environments or asset classes such as Equities, FX, or Fixed Income would be advantageous

* Design, develop, and enhance full-stack applications supporting electronic trading platforms
 * Build and maintain Java-based microservices powering web, desktop, mobile, and external API solutions
 * Work closely with front-office stakeholders to deliver high-impact technology solutions
 * Contribute to architectural discussions, technical design sessions, and code reviews
 * Champion Agile development, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and engineering best practices
 * Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tooling, and team productivity
 * Support all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, and deployment
