Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a prominent player in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a talented Depot Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to vital administrative functions that support the organisation's operations., * Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent customer service abilities.

 * Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
 * A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and organisation of sensitive information.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
 * A keen eye for detail and the ability to learn quickly.

Experience & Qualifications:

 * 5-7 years of relevant experience is essential.
 * An understanding of logistics or supply chain processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
 * A basic understanding of finance would also be advantageous.

## Description

* Manage basic billing tasks by compiling vendor costs and generating billing sheets to facilitate client invoicing.
 * Conduct accurate data entry on behalf of depot vendors into both internal and client-facing systems, accurately representing inventory and distribution activities.
 * Maintain a high level of attention to detail as the data entered is critical to operations.
 * Assist with ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Senior Manager of Global Third-Party Depots.
