Experience in: * Service Desk, Application Support, Systems Administration, Software Testing, QA or a similar IT role. * Troubleshooting software and application issues. * Managing users, permissions and system access. * Working with business stakeholders and third-party suppliers. * Supporting business systems in a live operational environment., * Experience of airport, aviation or hotel systems. * Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools. * ITIL Foundation certification. * Experience supporting software implementations or business system projects. ## Description We're looking for an Applications Analyst to join our technology team at Farnborough Airport, Europe's leading business aviation airport. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Service Desk, Application Support, Systems Administration, Software Testing, QA or IT Projects who wants to build a specialist career supporting and improving business-critical applications. Working closely with the Applications Manager, you'll help support a diverse portfolio of systems used across the Airport, Aviator Hotel and wider Group businesses.
