This role requires an experienced contractor who can quickly understand requirements, make sound technical decisions, and independently deliver high-quality solutions., * Strong commercial experience with .NET Core

 * Strong SQL/database development experience
 * REST API design and development experience
 * Experience building scalable backend systems
 * Ability to work autonomously and deliver with limited oversight
 * Strong stakeholder communication skills
 * Typically 6-10+ years software engineering experience

Desirable Experience

 * React JS knowledge
 * E-commerce or retail technology experience
 * Search, merchandising or product catalogue systems
 * Experience integrating with third-party SaaS platforms
 * Experience working on greenfield product development, We're looking for a senior contractor who can hit the ground running from day one. You'll be comfortable working in an evolving environment, interpreting business requirements, and delivering outcomes without requiring significant direction from the wider team.
