 * Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
 * Solid SQL knowledge
 * Strong modelling and problem-structuring skills for complex unstructured problems
 * Proactive and clear communication skills
 * Nice to have: Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Sheets, experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools

## Description

* Lead key analytical initiatives and projects to enhance delivery operations and customer experience
 * Suggest and conduct relevant data analyses to enable deeper operational insights
 * Support the optimisation of business processes to improve delivery experience, efficiency, and effectiveness
 * Work with stakeholders across courier operations, strategic account management, customer care, business intelligence, and delivery partners to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
 * Understand delivery operations metrics in depth and ensure their consistent use across the business
 * Communicate delivery operations metrics to other teams
 * Investigate problem orders to identify root causes and trends
 * Proactively eliminate or reduce recurring problem orders where possible
