Instead, you'll work directly with traders, operations teams and subject matter experts to understand business processes, investigate existing systems and design practical technical solutions. Success comes from curiosity, communication and engineering judgement just as much as coding ability. Java is the primary development language, but this is a genuinely full-stack opportunity. You'll also contribute to Node.js services, React applications and workflow automation as the platform evolves. What You'll Be Doing * Design, develop and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring. * Build scalable REST APIs and distributed microservices. * Develop internal web applications using React and TypeScript. * Contribute to Node.js services responsible for asynchronous processing and business logic. * Build workflow-driven applications using Camunda (experience not required). * Integrate multiple internal platforms through REST and HTTP APIs. * Deploy and support applications running on OpenShift and Kubernetes. * Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions. * Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and technical design. * Deliver clean, maintainable and well-tested software following modern engineering best practices., * Java * Spring * Node.js * TypeScript * React * Camunda * OpenShift * Kubernetes * REST APIs * HTTP/JSON * Docker * Python, This is a discovery-led engineering role.
