This is a senior position for someone who combines strong software engineering with leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to build trusted client relationships. You will lead multidisciplinary development teams, oversee the delivery of complex projects, and act as a technical lead for important clients. You will be comfortable operating at multiple levels: providing technical leadership to project teams, working closely with senior client stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and helping guide Ada Mode's growth as a business., * Collaborating directly with customers to design, build and ship production systems in regulated industrial environments * Leading software development lifecycle activity across infrastructure, backend, data and ML operations, and deployment * Translating ambiguous customer requirements into working software under operational constraints, This role can be based out of any of our Southampton, Bristol or Manchester offices.
