Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while mentoring others and helping raise engineering standards across teams?, * Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, React and SQL/PostgreSQL. * Experience delivering large, complex, global or multi-tenant production systems. * Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, incremental technical solutions. * Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product development teams. * Experience designing, operating and optimising cloud-native applications on AWS, including services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS and Elastic Beanstalk. * Interest in AI-assisted engineering practices, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Bedrock or agentic AI workflows. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to engineers, product teams and business stakeholders. * Proven ownership of production services, including reliability, observability, incident response and continuous improvement. * Track record of mentoring engineers and improving team engineering capability. ## Description We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer II to join RX Global and help design, build and operate secure, scalable software products used across our global digital platforms.
