As a Full Stack Developer, you will help design, build, test and support the digital services that enable the CAA to deliver its regulatory responsibilities. Working within a multidisciplinary product team, you will contribute across the full technology stack, developing accessible user experiences using React and Next.js, or be willing to cross train from React to Next.js, alongside developing APIs and backend services built with C# and .NET and hosted in Microsoft Azure. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will be expected to deliver high quality, maintainable software, contribute to technical decision-making, and support services throughout their lifecycle, from initial design through to operation and continuous improvement., * Design, build andmaintainsoftware across the full application stack, including front-end components, backend services, APIs,integrations,and data access. * Develop secure, accessible, and responsive UIs using TypeScript, React and Next.js, following agreed CAA design and accessibility standards. * Build secure and maintainable APIs and backend services using C# and .NET Core. * Deploy and support applications in Microsoft Azure, working with cloud services, databases, sourcecontrol,and CI/CD pipelines. Quality and best practices * Produce clean readable,testable,and maintainable code, take part in peerreviews,and contribute to high-quality engineering standards for the team. * Write andmaintainautomated unit,integration,and end to end tests, and use monitoring and logging to understand the health of live services. * Take an active role in planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives, raising delivery risks and technical concerns early. * Use automation with modern AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI debugging assistants) to streamline your coding, testing, and documentation tasks.
