 - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit einem CRM- oder PSA-System ist ein Plus.
 - Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich - am Telefon, in Präsentationen und im Kundenkontakt.
 - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

Du unterstützt unseren Account Manager - IT im gesamten Vertriebsalltag, von der ersten Idee bis zum unterschriebenen Angebot.

 - Du erstellst Angebote und bereitest sie so auf, dass sie beim Kunden ankommen - inhaltlich wie optisch.
 - Du entwickelst Kundenpräsentationen und bringst unsere Leistungen verständlich auf den Punkt.
 - Du bist Ansprechpartnerin bzw. Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, wenn der zuständige Kollege gerade unterwegs oder im Termin ist.
 - Du hältst Angebote, Termine und Unterlagen in unserem CRM aktuell und sorgst dafür, dass nichts liegen bleibt.
 - Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammen und bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie sich Abläufe verbessern lassen.
