 * Erprobte Praxis mit skalierten Ansätzen (z. B. Flight Levels, SAFe oder LeSS) und deren pragmatischer, bedarfsgerechter Anwendung
 * Solides Verständnis von DevOps, CI/CD, Plattformarbeit und Architekturabhängigkeiten
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence und Miro; Kenntnisse in ServiceNow sind von Vorteil
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Analytische Stärke, hohe Eigenständigkeit, Kommunikationsgeschick und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
