## Description

* Als Teil des PMO-Teams unterstützt du die SPACE Programmleitung bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Projektmanagement-Themen wie z. B. KPI Reporting und Informationsaustausch im Programm, PMO Prozessen und Arbeitsweisen
 * Bei der Bereitstellung von Fortschritts- und KPI-Reports nutzt du Microsoft Power BI und bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von programminternen Prozessen steht dir Power Automate zur Verfügung.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und operativer Umsetzung neuer Methoden im Programm (z.B. neue Prozesse zum Projekt Fortschritts- und KPI-Reporting, Umsetzung neuer Maßnahmen für effektiven Staffing-Prozess) und treibst die Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von Analyse- und Reporting-Werkzeugen voran.
 * Du hilfst mit, einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Prozesse im Bereich "Office und Boarding" sicherzustellen
