 * Hands-on AI: Erfahrung im Deployment von LLMs, Aufbau von RAG-Pipelines, Agent-Flows und Integration in Unternehmenssysteme. Du bist nicht nur Architekt, sondern packst selbst an: Deployment, Automatisierung, Troubleshooting gehören für dich dazu.
 * Cloud & Container: Sicher im Umgang mit Azure Services, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
 * Technischer Background: Studium in Informatik oder vergleichbar, plus mehrjährige Erfahrung in Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure bevorzugt) und Development Skills (z. B. in Python) sowie sicherer Umgang mit Git .
 * Microsoft-Ökosystem: Know-how in Azure (OpenAI, ML/AI Studio), M365 Copilot und Copilot Studio.
 * Kommunikation: Du übersetzt komplexe AI-Themen verständlich - auf Englisch und Deutsch.
 * Governance: Grundverständnis für EU AI Act, DSGVO und Security Standard.
 * Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit LLMOps/MLOps, Prompt Flow, Semantic Kernel, Vektor-Datenbanken.
