Betriebswirte/Fachwirte/Fachkaufleute (Fachschulniveau), * Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften) oder eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.

 * Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der C#-Entwicklung (Backend und Frontend).
 * Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen wie Rust, Haskell, Go, TypeScript oder Python.
 * Du bringst DevOps-Erfahrung mit, z.B. mit GitLab CI/CD Pipelines, TeamCity, Build-Prozessen, Unit-Tests sowie Shell- und PowerShell-Scripting.
 * Du hast Spaß an einem breiten Aufgabenfeld - von Architektur und Konzept bis hin zur Hands-on-Implementierung und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Themen ein.
 * Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-unterstützter Softwareentwicklung (z.B. Claude, Codex, Cursor).
 * Du bist es gewohnt, selbstorganisiert und eigenverantwortlich in einem dezentralen Team zu arbeiten.
 * Du bist kommunikativ, optimistisch und hast Lust auf Verantwortung und Gestaltung.
