Führung und Weiterentwicklung der aktuell drei EDV-Mitarbeitenden.

 - Modernisierung und Betrieb unserer microsoft-basierten IT-Infrastruktur.
 - Entwicklung einer Digitalisierungsstrategie in Kooperation mit der Geschäftsführung und den Fachbereichsverantwortlichen.
 - Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit, DSGVO-Compliance und durchgängiger Systemverfügbarkeit.
 - Steuerung von IT-Projekten wie Migrationen, Rollouts und Einführung neuer Anwendungen.
 - Koordination und Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister.
