Serviceorientierung, Du solltest neben einem abgeschlossenem Abitur oder einen überdurchschnittlichen MSA natürlich Begeisterung für IT und technische Herausforderungen mitbringen. Sicherlich hast Du auch bereits erste Erfahrungen mit der Installation und Konfiguration von Computern gesammelt und vielleicht ja sogar eigene kleine IT-Projekte umgesetzt.

Was brauchst Du noch? Gute mathematische Kenntnisse sind wichtig, aber noch mehr Spaß an der Arbeit mit anderen Menschen und Freude am strukturierten Arbeiten. Auch eine hohe Lern- und Servicebereitschaft gehört dazu, genauso wie ein freundlicher, respektvoller und höflicher Umgang mit Kollegen und Kunden.

Wichtig sind für unsere Arbeit sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Office Programmen, aber auch sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift und ebenfalls gute Englischkenntnisse. Wenn Du schon einen Führerschein besitzt ist das von Vorteil, ansonsten solltest Du bereit sein, diesen während der Ausbildung zu erwerben.

## Description

In Deiner Ausbildung erlernst du den sicheren Umgang mit Hard- und Software, die Analyse von informationstechnischen Aufgabenstellungen und die Umsetzung in zukunftsfähige IT-Lösungen. Du erfährst, wie der Bedarf an IT-Systemen aufgrund von Kundenanforderungen ermittelt wird und wie man Hard- und Software beschafft und in Betrieb setzt.
