## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, beispielsweise in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Systemtechnik, Informatik, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer technischer Produkte, Systeme oder Plattformen, idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld.
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektronik, Embedded Systems oder Systemarchitekturen sowie Interesse an technologischen Trends und Innovationen.
 * Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte und der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

 * Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung elektronischer Plattformen und deren Ausrichtung an Produkt- und Unternehmenszielen.
 * Entwicklung und Pflege einer Plattform-Roadmap unter Berücksichtigung zukünftiger Produktanforderungen, technologischer Trends und Marktanforderungen.
 * Leitung und Koordination von Plattform- und Technologieprojekten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg.
 * Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsbereichen, externen Partnern und Lieferanten zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Plattformlösungen.
 * Sicherstellung der Integration, Validierung und regulatorischen Konformität von Plattformkomponenten.
 * Kommunikation von Strategien, Fortschritten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen an Management und relevante Stakeholder.
